- Staging advice and recommendations
- HD Photographing and Video Tours of your property to highlight its attributes
- Promptly responding to consumer and REALTOR® inquiries
- Showing the property to prospective buyers
- Conducting REALTOR® and Public open houses
- Disclosing in a timely manner to the seller all appropriate facts affecting the transaction known to us
- Keeping the seller informed regarding the progress of the transaction
- Liaising with your mortgage broker, banker, accountant, lawyer, professional inspector, interior decorator, contractor and/or any other advisor
- Preparing and reviewing Contracts of Purchase and
- Assisting in negotiating favorable terms and conditions
- Assisting in the completion and possession process.
