MOUNT PLEASANT COMMUNITY
Mount Pleasant is one of the most diverse communities in
Vancouver. This area is
home to both eclectic character houses from the past and modern homes
of today. With a variety of educational facilities as well as providing studios for artists to live and work. Hip shops have opened on Fraser and Broadway, a gorgeous art gallery for artists to display their work, a few great restaurants, produce stores and a
clothier in the old Lido Building.
Mount Pleasant is home to many character houses dating back to the 1890's. These Queen Edwardian style buildings are this community's most historical and outstanding residential buildings in the Vancouver area.
